Many Thanks to Tyrone Brown and his team at Bill Page Honda in Falls Church VA - my wife and I have been customers since 2009 and we now own four Honda's (Odyssey, two Fit's, and a CRZ) - purchase prices have always been fair and reasonable, customer service is top notch, and any repairs are done quickly and right the first time - we're planning on making all our future car purchases with Bill Page.

Touch up to purchased used car done terribly

I wish I could agree with most of the positive reviews written about this dealership but in January we purchase a used vehicle from this dealership. The car needed paint touch up as there were multiple noticeable scratches around the vehicle. Not only did we have to wait two weeks to get this done because the paint had to be ordered, but the touch up itself was done beyond poorly. The job looks like multiple nail polish placed over affected scratches. The scratches are so visible that the dealership didn't bother taking the time to maybe sand down the affected areas before applying the paint to ensure that the paint would blend with the rest of the body. It looks horrible for a job that was at a reputable dealership. While I understand we did not purchase a used Honda but rather another make, it still does not excuse the fact that the job was done with such disappointment.

I would not recommend this dealer.

My buying experience was great from the moment we walked in to the point of driving off the lot. My sales rep made me feel valued and took the time to explain the cars and options. We did not intend to buy that day, but the sales and finance staff made it easy to decide to buy from this dealership. If I buy another Honda in the future, I will buy from Bill Page.

I got there without any expectation of buying a brand new car, i was stucked with a huge debt with another dealer with a used car with mechanical problems, i was worried and really upset about it, i was looking for a solution and i really found it when i get to this place they found a solution to my case and i came out from there with a brand new Honda Accord 2017. I really recommend this place to anyone great team specially Luis Caycho one of the sales members.

Excellent sales experience

I have been a Bill Page service customer for about 18 years, and finally needed to purchase a new car. James Chung is an excellent sales representative. His low-key, no-hard-sell approach alleviated what was already a stressful situation overall. Carlos, the manager involved with the purchase, also ensured all my questions were answered and that I was completely satisfied. When it came to the final payment paperwork processing, Peter rapidly and expertly walked me through everything. All three gentlemen checked with me to ensure I was comfortable and that I had updated status as I proceeded through the process. When James was not at his desk (he was getting a car or other actions), the other sales representatives also checked with me to ensure I was not waiting long and that James knew I was there. NOTE: There is a question posed to me about the employee most interested in serving my interests rather than the dealership. I am not answering that question because my service visits have been as wonderful as the sales and final payment processing.

2017 Honda Accord Hybrid Touring is a MUST BUY!! Had two other Honda (Accord & CRV) in the past, but this one is the best. I'm very happy with the new purchase!! This is all thanks to Bill Page Honda Sales Consultant Mr. James Chung. He really helped me find just the right vehicle. He truly offered the best price as well that I couldn't get from other dealers. I love my new Honda and can't stop smiling!! Sweet deal - average 45-48mpg, 0.9% Finance, and great performance with awesome design. I give "Excellent" for purchase experience at Falls Church Bill Page Honda and especially Mr. James Chung!!!

Excellent experience for 1st time car buyer

I have been in the hunt for a new 2017 Honda Civic LX for the past year. After saving enough money, all I had to do was find the right time to buy. I contacted Bill Page Honda through a cars.com advertisement. I was contacted by senior sales representative David Ighrayeb. I told David what I wanted. In order to purchase a car from Bill Page, I needed to pay a certain price OTD. David gave me a great price OTD. He was very helpful over email, more helpful over the phone and even better in person. David was kind, nice, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and best of all, not pushy. I was amazed by how good David was. Also, the finance guy, Peter G. Eliopoulos, was amazing as well. He did explain the extended warranty as part of his job (i declined), but he wasnt pushy. I appreciated that. He also got the paper work done in a thorough and timely matter. Thank you David. Thank you Peter. Thank you Bill Page Honda for such a wonderful car buying experience.

Came here a few weeks ago to test drive a Honda Accord Hybrid. Had my eye on the car as a replacement for my VW Jetta involved in the dieselgate scandal. Had a very nice salesperson, Luis Caycho Arenas, who took my information but indicated he would only email from time to time. In the 2.5 weeks its been, I've only received one email from him just to check and see how things were going. I plan to email him this week and go back this weekend to test drive a couple of other cars/SUVs that also are of interest. I want to make sure I've covered all bases to determine my next vehicle. Bill Page honestly is the best Honda dealer I've been to in the NoVA area. I will reward them with a sale should I chose to purchase a new Honda. Any dealership is going to have flaws somewhere, but so far I have not seen them on the sales end. I'm sure at times it comes up for service, but give this place a try. They are better than most and don't try to harange you for a sale. They aren't pushy and they listen. Give this dealership a try and see what they have to offer to you.

Unmatched Service

I bought my first car from Bill Page, no more than 3 months later it was totalled. As a first time buyer I had no credit, and they were able to get me a loan with a low interest rate. When my HR-V was totalled, after making the mistake of going to a different dealership who could careless about my situation, I went back to Bill Page and David and Jeremiah worked diligently to get me a new loan with payments very close to my previous payments. I have already recommended them to my sister and would not hesitate to purchase from them again!

Came to Bill Page for a new CRV after our 2015 was totaled with me and my infant daughter in it. After that scary experience, staff was kind, considerate, and quick - especially important given that we had an 8 week old baby with us! Our salesman Almis Isse was wonderful and friendly. M. Assadi is a great saleman, but beware of the finance dept

I bought a 2010 Honda CRV, and the salesman Mike Assadi did a great job! Mike was very knowledgeable and not pushy. The experience was great until I started working with the finance group. I was shown a white work-sheet with all charges, finance rate and monthly charge. Since I liked the car and the price and finance were good, I agreed to sign. Note during this time, I was pitched very hard to take an extended warranty package and even though I declined many times, the finance person would lower the charges a little and pitch me again. It just seemed like a lot of pressure! The biggest disappointment came the next day though, when I came in to sign and pick up the car. To my surprise, an (optional) $900 Gap contract was added to my contract. I was never told what it was or given the opportunity to take or leave it. After finding this, I was apologized to and they did take it out, but what if I didn't catch it?? Bottom line, a Gap contract can only be used when you total your car and the contract will pay for the gap between how much the car is worth and how much you owe on it. In most cases, you won't use it! It would be better to pay that $900 up front, which lowers your monthly payment and you don't have to pay interest on it! My Goodness!! If this review was only based on my salesman Mike, I would give 5 stars across the board. However, my dealing with the finance department, is reflective in my rating!
